Calendar / Reservation:

The eight-step process from your reservation through to your departure from the apartment is explained here-below:

Reservation
1. Select your arrival and departure dates from the available dates on the calendar.
2. Fill out the reservation form for the desired period and send it to us via the website. Please indicate if you wish to receive a welcome pack. This includes a bottle of rose wine, two bottles of water, snacks for the evening of your arrival, and a simple breakfast for the following morning.
3. Upon your submitting to us of the reservation form you will automatically receive our confirmation. This will include payment details.
4. We will maintain your reservation for a period of 48 hours giving you the opportunity to make a bank transfer advance payment of 50% of the total reservation amount. You may settle this payment in € or the £ equivalent.

Booking Confirmation
5. Upon receipt by us of your 50% advance payment we will convert your reservation into a booking. At that same time you will receive more extensive information from us about the apartment, the itinerary from the airports, and about activities in the area which you may already review in preparation to your stay.
6. Payment of the balance 50% of the reservation amount + € 200 deposit or £ equivalent, is due 4 weeks before your arrival at the apartment. Upon receipt of this amount we will again send you an e-mail confirmation which will include a document providing you access to the resort.

Arrival & Departure
7. On the day of your arrival you are welcome at the apartment from 16PM. You will be received by our property manager. He will explain you the functionalities of the apartment, will review the inventory and will leave the key to the apartment with you. If you have ordered a welcome pack valued at € 20, this will be present in the apartment and can also be paid for to our property manager. Of course you can revert to him with any questions you may have during your stay.
8. On the day of your departure you are asked to vacate the apartment at or before noon. Our property manager will then meet you again, review the inventory with you and receive the key from you. If everything is okay, we will return a net amount of € 135 or £ equivalent into your bank account. This represents your deposit with a deduct of the € 65 charge for professional cleaning services.
