The calendar is operated as follows:
- Using the buttons Month and Year locate the period within which you wish to select your arrival and/or departure date. Alternatively you
can use the buttons Previous Month or Next Month.
- Check the availability on the basis of the color patches in the calendar. The green colored days are still available, the grey colored days
are either (temporarily) reserved or no longer available.
- Select the desired arrival day, days of your stay and departure day on the calendar. You can select each day individually and/or click on
the week numbers to the left of the calendar. Also you can use the Previous Month and/or Next Month buttons to select data ranges which
are divided over two months. The days you have clicked remain selected unless you click them again.
- Then click the button Calculate the Price for an overview of the total price of your reservation.
- Would you like to confirm the selected period, then click Make Reservation. Would you like to make a reservation for a different period
then click on the button Delete Selection and start again.
- After you have clicked the button Make Reservation please complete the remaining parts of the reservation form. Once finished, please
click the button Send Reservation.
- You will automatically receive a confirmation of your reservation from us by e-mail. Within this confirmation you will find an overview of
your reservation details and an invoice. The payment term for the 50% advance payment is 48 hours. During this time your reservation
will be maintained with us.
- When your 50% advance payment, which may be paid in € or £, has been received, your reservation will be converted into a booking. We
will again confirm this to you by e-mail. Within this same message you will receive detailed information about the apartment, the resort
and activities you can explore and may wish to in part prepare for in advance of your arrival.
Welcome Pack
As part of your booking you could consider ordering a Welcome Pack valued with us priced at € 20 or £ equivalent. The contents of this package will provide you with the first groceries upon arrival, which is particularly handy when you arrive during the late evening. The supermarket at the resort is open daily until 20PM.
The welcome package includes amongst others the following articles:
- A bottle of rosé wine
- Two bottles of spring water
- Savory and sweet snacks for the evening of your arrival
- A simple breakfast for 5 persons for the following morning

Rental Terms Accommodation
- The keeping of pets in the apartment is prohibited.
- As part of your reservation, you can order a welcome pack valued at € 20 with us. This consists amongst others of a bottle or rosé wine,
two bottles of water, snacks for the evening of your arrival, and a basic breakfast for the following morning.
- The rent includes costs for water and electricity. We ask you to make sensible use of these utilities. Kindly switch off the airconditioning
when not in/near the apartment or certain rooms. The machines will cool-down/warm-up the respective spaces very quickly. Water is
relatively scarce in the region.
- The house rules (e.g. the non-smoking policy) present in the apartment form part of this agreement and should be followed. This also
holds for the details of use of appliances and other equipment.
- As a tenant you are required to keep the apartment and its outside spaces tidy and clean. At the end of the rental period, your private
properties, any groceries or waste should be removed from the apartment. The property should be wiped clean before redelivery. This will
be reviewed by our property manager. If the accommodation is not redelivered wiped clean and tidy, this leads to an increase in charges
to you for cleaning. Such additional charges will be retained from your deposit.
- During the night or when you are not in/near the apartment, you should lock doors and windows and not leave loose items such as pillows,
hammocks, or unlocked bicycles outdoor. Furthermore, you must slide back the awning.
- During the duration of your stay, the property manager has access to the apartment, with the aim to monitor the state of the property or
to resolve any problem or provide any service. He will approach you before his arrival.
- You may not transfer the rented apartment to anyone other than yourself and your guests without the written consent of the owner.
- In case of cancellation up to 6 months prior arrival, 25% of the total rent remains payable. From 6 to 1 month prior arrival 50% remains
payable and within 1 month of arrival 90% remains payable if the owner is unable to rent-out the apartment after cancellation. In case of
cancellation on the day of arrival or ‘no-show’ 100% of the total rent remains payable.
- Non-compliance with these terms & conditions can lead to refusal of access to the apartment or immediate unilateral termination of the
rental agreement by the landlord or property manager acting on his behalf.
- As a tenant of the apartment and its outdoor spaces, you are at all times held responsible for your own safety and that of your guests.
The landlord can only be held liable for damage or injury resulting from gross negligence and only when it relates to accommodation and
outdoor spaces that are owned by him and hired by you.
- Upon arrival and reception by our property manager, the use of the apartment will be explained. The inventory list will be reviewed against
the contents of the apartment and signed off by him and yourself as tenant. Upon your departure, this process will be repeated. The cost
of damaged or lost inventory will be retained from the deposit paid by you. Where these costs exceed the deposit, they will be separately
charged to you.
- As a tenant you are required to notify the property manager immediately in case of any damage to the apartment or its contents. When
such damages are caused by you as a tenant, the associated costs will be retained by the property manager who will consult with the owner
to establish these. If the cost of damages exceeds the deposit amount the excess costs will be separately charged to you.
Terms Jardines de Alhama Golf Resort
- We ask you to respect the other residents of the Resort and to not cause any nuisance. In particular, we request that between 23:00PM
and 07:00AM you adjust the level of your voice and of the sound system appropriately.
- Waste should be deposited in the underground waste separation and collection points along the road parallel to the golf course.
Longstay
The climate in Murcia makes the region very popular for a longer stay especially during Spring, Autumn and Winter. Following receipt of your advance payment we will convert your reservation into a booking. At that moment, we will send you a route description from the airports of Alicante and San Javier. We will also provide you with contact details of our property management at the resort and with detailed documentation on the apartment, the resort and activities in the surroundings.

The Jardines de Alhama Golf Resort is the most developed part of the large Condado de Alhama Golf Resort. The owners of the houses on the complex primarily come from the UK and Spain. The resort has a 24-hour professional security service. The car-free courtyard gardens make the resort ideal for families with young children.
Immediately adjacent to the private terrace and garden is the large communal Mediterranean courtyard. At some 10 meters directly in front of the apartment you will find the 25 meter long swimming pool. It has both a deep and shallow area and an automatic water circulation system. Outdoor showers are available. Other than on the apartment’s terrace, you could enjoy the sun on the lawn by the poolside.
The remainder of the courtyard has a large lawn and children’s playground. All private and communal outdoor areas at the resort are regularly maintained. The planting is automatically sprinkled.
The sports center can be found at some 100 meters from the apartment. It offers three tennis courts (two rackets can be found in the apartment), three squash courts, six paddle tennis courts, and a basketball / football field. You could if needed hire any sports equipment.
The Spanish-Moorish style designed Al Kasar Commercial Center is just a few minutes away by car or 5 minutes cycling from the apartment. This is where you will find the supermarket, the Clover bar and a restaurant.
On the resort you can play the fantastic eighteen-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course (a golfset can be found in the apartment).
The asphalt roads around the resort are perfect for a good round on skates or inline skating.
